Is Tylenol Advisable For Pain In Legs?

My husband is 72 years old, he is taking medic to control High Blood Pressure( he also has been diagnost.. with(Cardiac Insufic)taking Losartan 25 Mg,Digoxin (0.125mg,Carved 6.25mg. Furosemide and Potasium..because the legs are swollen sometimes...and besides takes PTC (hyper thyroidism)...My husband lately has been suffering pain in both legs, specially in the night time and insomnia too. My question is should he take Tylenol PM (500 mg) to control the pain? Because regular Tylenol it s not working most of the time

Thank you for the question. Tylenol PM would be okay to take if he has insomniaother alternative can be elavil 25mg at bed time and dolo-neurobion in the evening after meal.Try to make him keep his legs raised under soft cushions and practice toes and ankle exercises also
