Is USG Showing Mildly Bulky Uterus With Heterogeneous Myometrium A Serious Concern?

Hi, Sir, recently my wife has been experiencing Periods within 10-12 days, after an USG done, it shows Antiverted, mildly bulky in size (9.5*3.5*4.9 cm) Uterus- normal outline and heterogeneous myometrium echopattern, Endometrium is in midline and measures 0.8cm ,Is there anything serious?
