General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the Ubicar is meant for the various clinical disorders as:

- carnitine deficiency
- muscle cramps
- statin medicine induced myopathy problems

* But it is not indicated in the case of nerve compression of spinal cord lesions anyway.

* The various helpful agents would be

- piroxicam or other anti inflammatory medicines
- methylcobalamine
- steroids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
