Is Utrogestan A Safe Medication For Maintaining Pregnancy?
I am 7 week pregnant and I ve been taking urogestan 100 mg, 2X, since ovulation. I have read in forums that it is safe and it s to maintain pregnancy (I had a spontaneous abortion 3 months ago). However, I have just read in the notice of Urogestan that is not indicated in the case of pregnancy, and it should be stopped immediately if pregnancy is positive. I am now really worried, so what is the truth?? why it sayw it is not indicated in pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the pregnancy is concern it is highly advisable to avoid all the medicine unless it is highly indicative where the question of life of baby and mother is there, no need to have a such medicines, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
