Is Vagisil Cream Effective For Itchy Vagina?
Hi I m having intense vaginal itch on my period and thinking of buying Vagisil product to stop the itch. It s been itching so bad that I kept scratching it and whenever I wash my private part after that, its painful due to my scratch and bleed a little. My sanitary pads and tampons are making me itchy but I need to wear them as I m having menses right now. My itch is in the inner part of the vagina. Is is safe for me to apply Vagisil there?

As you get itching only during period, this might be due to poor local hygiene during this time or might be due to sanitary pad allergy.
Vagisil cream does work for itching but application of triple action cream will be more effective as it will work for infection as well.
Change sanitary pads frequently.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy during period.
