Is Vitamin D3 Injection Recommended Post Paralysis Attack?

My mother age65yr had paralysis attack on sep13 due to high blood pressure .after taking medicine as preva,coltro,telma.bachlof recovery is 70%. Proble in Walking at start with help of other person.now doctor prescribe vitamin d3 injection(architol-6l). Pl tell us abt injection benefit sideffect . Any other cure please.
