Dear sir i can understand your concern in my opinion your blood sugar is slightly increased. to patients walking to my clinic with similar kind of picture i would like to know about two important points 1.scheduled and balanced diet 2.exercise for daily 45mins i case they are deficit doing any of above two,i would advise them to do them properly and come back after 1 month in case they are already on good exercise and diet then i would like to choose Dpp 4 inhibitors like sitagliptin or vildagliptin as my second line of therapy. voglibose can also be used as second line medication but DPP 4 inhibitors are far superior than voglibose voglibose id also known to be associated with side effects like excessive blotting with which some patients are uncomfortable. regards
