Is WBC Value Of 19,000 A Cause For Concern?

Hi, my question is: I have a high white blood cell count of 19,000. I have no symptoms. I ve had chest x-rays, ultrasounds, Blood tests for HIV, and other STD s, pelvic exam, pap smear, mammogram, and a bone marrow biopsy, all of which are negative or normal. Is there some other tests that my oncologist should be doing or something else he should be looking for?
