Is X Ray Suggested In Case If Severe Sinus Infection To Treat Raspy Sound While Breathing?

Yes.ihave had a severe sinus infection for a week I am on antibiotics. I have a very raspy sound when I breathe deeply . Much pressure in my chest today and it hurts and is hard to cough up the phlegm . Do you suggest I go to ER for chest x ray tonight. I am 75

Yes,
Its better to get evaluated at the ER. Chest Xray, ECG may be required. Nebulisation and maintenance inhaler therapy may be required if there is associated bronchospasm.
