Is Xanax The Right Medicine For Depression And Anxiety?

I have severe depression and anxiety, and have frequent anxiety attacks, I just got diagnosed with ptsd, my doctor refuses to prescribe Xanax, clonidine, or soma, which are the only meds that actually work for me. This is causing even more stress in my life, and I don t know what to do.

Xanax is a drug which acts on brain & nerves to create a calming effect. Thus it helps in Panic disorders & anxiety disorders & depression caused by anxiety.
