Is Xtraglo And Mintop Effective In Hair Loss Treatment?

hi doctor, i suffer from vertigo and am taking efigrain10 and histigo24. I am a mother of two yr old baby. After pregnancy, i started to lose hair and my skin started becoming dark and its still continiuing. Doctor has prescribed me to use xtraglo and a liquid named Mintop for hair loss. Can you please suggest will it be useful. if not please suggest some medication atleast for my hair loss. i looks i am becoming bald. please help.
