Is Z-PAC And Medrol Causing Blurred Vision?

i was recently diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. I was given a Z-PAC and medrol. I just took my last dose of the4 Z-PAC and have 2 more days of tapering off the medrol. Today I noticed my vision is extremely blurred to the point where I cannot see the street signs until I am right on top of them and I took my temperature and it is 95.3. It was aroung that the past two days but I thought the thermometer was broken so I bought a new one and it is the same. What can be causing this?
