Is Zanocin-OZ Effective In Treatment Of Abdominal Pain?

I had suffered severe pain in my lower abdomen.So in my recent sonography report a general physician doctor told me that I have minimal free fluid in pelvis.He had prescribe me this medicine ZANOCLN-OZ twice a day. Is it okay for me? Or what can happen from this infection?
