Is Zerodol Effective In The Treatment Of Painful Swelling In The Ankles?

Hi, doctor i am suffering from pain and swelling in my both ankles due to dance practice. I have also tried to put my feet in warm water. Also i apply pain relief gel daily on my feet. But there is no relief from pain. Should i take zerodol tablet. If yes then please tell me about its dose. Please try to help me fast doctor.

Hi. welcome to 'Ask A Doctor service' . i have read your question and here is my advice.
I think you should first try paracetamol 2 tab 3 times a day , if this works for you , this may be very good as it is a very safe drug. zerodol can also be used but not if any stomach ulcer is there. and its prolong use should also be avoided . If to be used 1 tab 2 to 3 times it can be taken after meal.
I would also advise you take some vitamin d and calcium supplements,
Dont hesitate to see you doctor if the pain persists or worsens .
