Is Zinnat And Paracetamol, Effective For Blood Clots During Miscarriage?

Hi Dr. my wife had a 6 weeks misscarriage three days ago she past some large blood clots now she have high fever 100.2 and body pain i called to my cousin Dr. he priscribed zinnat 500mg three times a day and peracitamol 1000mg three times a day.
so this treatment will solve the problem of my wife, i am so confused
