Is Zofran Advisable For Nausea?

Prochlorperazine 10mg tablets for chemo treatment nausea , 1 tablet 4xs a day for nausea. My sister only takes it at night because it makes her sleepy. Right now she has bad nausea and she took it at 10 pm. Can she take a generic zofran ( starts w a o) 4mg. 1/12 hr past.

She can use Ondansetron safely for the chemotherapy side effect of nausea. It is a central anti-emetic and will give good results on a chemotherapy patient.
