Is A BP Reading Of 156/100 In An Elderly Woman A Concern?

90 year old Mother s blood pressure this morning was 156/100 left ar, 156/99 right arm. Medicines being taking losartan 50 mg 2x daily, spiromolactone 12.5 1x daily , 40mg lasix daily. She is in a nursing home and monitored..Do I need to contact her heart dr?
