Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that TMT is an extersion to check if a patient has inducible ischemia. In state of hypokinetic echo, TMT is not advisable and patient should go for a CART.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
