Is A Blood Clot Like Thing Due To Perianal Hematoma A Cause For Concern?
I have a very old perianal hematoma which is like a blood clot below skin. This is 12 yrs old and clot has dried. But some time due to excess pressure during bowel movement or pressure during sitting it becomes thrombsed and bleeds and gets cured on its own. But blood clot will remail there below skin. Pls help.

This can be done by a general surgeon and may be an in office procedure.
You should be able to go home directly after.
