General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be a hemangioma-like vascular benign tumor of the blood vessel. For that you can consult nearby dermatologist for detailed evaluation. You can post photo of lesion. The biopsy can be taken for histopathology examination of lesion. It can be removed if not resolved within a few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
