Is A Bulging Screw From Ankle Post Screw Insertion Surgery A Cause For Concern?

I had a ankle surgery on 13/05/15 with plates and screws in my right foot. I am on full weight bearing now and no pain. But two days ago one of the screws from the right is bulging out from the skin. No such pain but a mild pain when pressed in the bulging area. Is this a problem?
