Is A Bulky Uterus With Fibroid Dangerous Or Cause Cancer?

Hello Doctor, My wife sonography report showing following remark, Uterus is bulky with thick endometrium (1.5 C.m.) and shows multiple hypoechoic areas in myometrium, the largest one measures 2.2 X 1.8 C.M. in lower anterior uterine wall, Suggestive of Fibroid. can this report is dangerous or cancer causes pls. suggest
