Is A Child S Brown Discolored Urine Indicative Of UTI If Fever Persists Despite Medication?

Hello Doctor, My son is having fever from past 5 days and and his paediatrician suggested for Urine test and his urine was in cola collour. Pus range in his urine is 10-12. Please advise if he is having UTI and his fever doesn t go away even after taking doctor suggested medicines. He seems really unwell, please suggest.
