Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

Brief Answer :
Don't Worry She is Not Pregnant.

Detailed Answer :
As a physician I would like to tell you that you have absolutely no reason to be anxious at all. You had sex in first half of Menstrual cycle, that too before ovulation and she has taken iPills within 48 hours. You and she has no reasons to worry.

The drugs that are present in iPill have high amount of Hormonal contents and they can induce tremendous hormonal changes in female body. So this bleeding she is getting must be because of that effect.

Also I would like to tell you that you should take a home UPT test around 5th May & 15th may to rule out the pregnancy and have your peace of mind.

Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum.
Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question.
Have a nice Day.

Regards,
Dr.Abhijeet
