Is A Cut In The Index Finger A Cause For Concern?

Sir,i am from kerala worked in saudi arabia for 4years,and i resigned from my job. Now i am trying for another job in saudi.In my childhood my right index finger cuted from the nail band,only 3/4th is remaining. Is it a problem for my medals.I have a valid saudi driving licence also. Thanks
