Is A Dark Discharge After A Vaginal Infection Normal?

Hi Well i had this infection and i went to the Doctor s and they gave me aintibiotics but it turns out that they gave me a yeast infection... Anyways i went to the hospital and what not and the doctor there told me i had a small infection down there and he wasn t going to put me on any other medication and so now i have stopped taking the aintibotics but now im starting to get this very dark blood like discharge is that bad or is it just being cleaned out?
