Is A Dark Spot On The Face A Cause For Concern?
yes I m 53 and have this spot on the right side of my face it is about 1.5 inches some people tell me it is a liver spot others say I should get it checked out. It seams to be getting bigger and darker. It almost looks like a halo darker on the outside

I really appreciate your concern, it may be fungal infection and it can be give try on tentative basis with Miconazole cream, it is not due to liver not it is due to anything else, let me tell you that skin lesion always demands the clinical observation for right diagnosis and it is not possible without this so better to get done the dermatological opinion if the given medicine fails to work hope this information helps.
