Is A Delay In Menstruation After Intercourse Normal?

Me and my boyfriend had sex and used condom but he pulled it out before ejaculation n it spilled on my stomach. I took I-pill the next day. This was last month on the day i had my periods. After my periods i saw some blood spots for few days once a day. And today its 9th day more to my due periods and i stil havent got them.. Please help.
