Hi..your friend has performed unprotected sex, and that too with 4-5 times ejaculation in her vagina, this places her at a high risk of pregnancy..so she should perform an urgent urine pregnancy test ( upt) by self at home..
Her bleeding might be normal menses ( if upt negative)..but if upt is positive i.e. double line on kit, she might be at risk of threatened or missed abortion or ectopic i.e.extrauterine pregnancy..for which a transvaginal ultrasound would confirm the diagnosis and decide further management..
In addition i would suggest her to use a condom or some other birthcontrol method the next time she indulges in such activities..
