Is A Distended Urinary Bladder A Cause For Concern?
KUB : Right kidney -9×4.1 cm Left kidney _ 10.5×5.7 cm Focal calyceal ectasia noted in the interpolar region. Both kidneys are normal in size,shape&echotexture. CMD maintained. Urinary bladder is distended,normal. Prostate _17cc, normal Peritoneal cavity: No free fluid Any how I feel lower back pain while wake up in the morning, after it will all right. Suggest me any issues? Need to go for treatment?
