Is A Fall Causing Swelling In Back Of Neck Post A Brain Bleed A Cause For Concern?

Hi my mom fell about a month ago and split her head open and had a small bleed in her brain. Today she fell again and hit back of neck. There was immediate swelling, goose egg size, right above her neck in back of head. She didn t feel dizzy or anything. Is she at risk for having a bleed again??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the head injury then ideally it need be investigated for any internal injury and you can bot rely upon the clinical condition best is to get done the CT although it may not be bleeding again but it can not be said for sure, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
