Is A Feeling Of Movement In Scrotum An Indication Of Parasite?

Hello, Few days ago I started to feel something strange. Every time I go to sleep, I feel something is moving in my scrotum. It`s definetly not testicles, it`s like somekind of little thing moving realy fast and disapears. Can this thing be a parasite or something like that? If no, then what`s the problem?

it can be identified after local examination by doctor.can be a psychological problem. can be enterobiosis so stool examination is recommended and to take a course of albendazol.
