Is A Growing Nodule On The Neck A Concern?

I have had a nodule on my neck that has been there for a couple of years. it just recently started getting bigger and become tender to touch. it is very hard and does not appear to have any puss when squeezed. what type of doctor should I see for this type of issue.

please see a surgeon as there should be lab test as TLC DLC ESR and there is a need of biopsy also
