Is A Head Injury Without Any Bleeding And Concussion A Concern?

I fell and hit my head really hard yesterday. And I went to the hospital and they told me I wasn t bleeding in the head nor did I have any skull injuries. But I did research. That concussions don t anyways happen right away. and it would be bad to masterbate. I wanna know if ill be ok

NO, as if now it is not of concern
since your doctor told you that you were not bleeding in the head nor was there signs of internal injury to the brain that means your CT scan was alright, however in cases where CT scan is done immediately after injury few late findings may be missed however this is very rare in your case moreover repeated CT scan has got its own side effects, so I will recommend you to stop thinking like that,however you should know dangerous signs like severe headache,vomiting,loss of consciousness and immediately go to emergency room if any of the signs appear.
also masturbation will lead to extra exertion and may increase your pain.take painkillers if pain present.
