Is A Heart Surgery Advisable While On A Pacemaker?

I am an old senior 80 and have a pacemaker and doctor just told me that I may need the 3 wire one I do have Afib and tired most of the time but have dear old authoritis also and neprophy in my legs also sorry fr the poor spelling but didn t want to take the time looking right speling anyway do you think the 3 wire one is wise to go thru another heart surgery?

Open surgery is very risky at this age and health conditions. You can go for minimally invasive surgeries which has got lesser risk. Consult an intervention cardiologist and he will direct you accordingly.
