Is A Heavy Period, Cramping, Syncope Sensations, Discharge, Stomach Discomfort A Pregnancy?
I had my tubes tied back in 2011 after my second child. I had a csection so my tubal was done right after my son was born. My periods are always normal and usually last around 6 days. I had severe cramps this time on day 1 and i felt as if i was going to pass out, my period was very heavy for 2 days then it was brown discharge for the next 4. I feel as if i have butterflies in my stomach so bad that it literally almost made me sick yesterday. I ve still got the today. Could i be pregnant? When would it show a positive on a pregnancy test?

Hi..in case you are in doubt regarding pregnancy, take a urine pregnancy test by self at home at once..because tubal ligation has a failure rate ( although very low) and failure may also lead to ectopic pregnancy which presents with severe abdominal pain and bleeding..so be cautious and in case you have the upt test positive (which can be performed as early as 8 days after the unsafe sex episode), get an urgent transvaginal ultrasound to look for the viability and location of the pregnancy.. However if its negative, various other causes of acute abdomen need to be ruled out..till then help yourself with analgesics like meftal spas sos..
