Is A Hiatus Hernia Longer Than An Inch Considered Large, And Can It Disappear On A Motility Test?

Is a 3cm hiatus hernia large? A recent endoscopy showed the hernia which I m asymptomatic however I had a motility test done 2 weeks later and it didnt show a hiatus hernia at all. I m confused and afraid to pull, push, lift etc and I clean homes for a living. Please advise if able.
