Is A Hole Under My Baby S Tongue Normal Despite No Breastfeeding Issues Or Colic?

Hi , my baby is 11 months old . I just noticed a hole under his tongue . It looks like his tongue is not attached . Is it normal . He had no issues with breast feeding . He didnt have any colic or gas problems . Now he is on solid food . Eating well . What is that hole . ? Pic attached
