General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello, normally after any fall and injury to head we ask about history of loss of consciousness or vomiting or any episode of seizure following the fall. If none of it was there, there is no need of CT scan of the head. But conditions like subdural hemorrhage might occur on later time so it would be advisable to get a screening CT of head just to be on safer side.
