Is A Hysterectomy Necessary For A Cyst And Heterogeneous Myometrial Echotexture In A Transvaginal Ultrasound Report?

I had a Tansvaginal exam for post menopause bleeding. Findings were Uterus is anterverted and measures 8.6 x 4.8 x 5.4 cm Myometrial echotexture is heterogeneous but no mass is present Endometrial echo; 4 mm, homogeneous. Left Ovary: Enlarged 5x4.3 x4.3 cm complex cyst is suggested, measures at least 2 cm Biopsy results are pending.. during procedure polyps were extracted. A scope of the cervix is scheduled. Should I be worried and should I consider a hysterectomy in lue of the scope procedure?
