Is A Kidney Transplant Needed For Acute Kidney Disease?

Dear Sir My sister is 14 yrs old. She had kidney diseas from last 3 yrs. last week we got a medical report which shows that her cretinine become 13 and we have done 3 dialisis according to doctors advice. so my question is do she need kidney tranplant?
