Is A Knot On The Back Of The Head A Serious Concern?

Hi,I don t remember any type of injury to my head but this knot on the back of my head has been here for over WK.I am worried.I have frequent headaches that came out of nowhere..and I m told it s due to stress.Is that even possible??? And it s something to be concerned about, right?

An external felt knot is usually a bone lesion, sebaceous cyst or else depending upon the consistency of the lump.

A headache is likely to be more in relation to stress rather than a knot.
