Is A Large Vaginal Mass On A Trans-labial USG Scan A Serious Concern?

Hi, i am 28 years old. My ultrasound report says that i have a large vaginal masa on translabial measuring 26x24x31mm and it has a heterogeneous appearance with internal vascularity. The uterus was anteverted midline and the endo metrium had a normal smooth contour...please explain my report.. Is this dangerous and does it affects pregnancy??

Hi I think you can be having a bartholins cyst. You need to get it evaluated by a gynecologist. It may need some surgery to remove it , may be marsupialization or excision. If left as such, it can get infected or can get ruptured. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
