Is A Lesion At The Occipital Bone With No Definite Evidence For Acute Intracranial Pathology A Normal MRI Report?

Hello, I just received an MRI report today. This MRI, was performed due to a cervical MRI and an MRA, both showing a lesion on,the base of my skull, occipital bone. Now, the impression on this MRI of my brain reads as no definite evidence for acute intracranial pathology is seen on unenhanced MRI, exam of the brain . Does that mean everything is ok? What happened to the lesion which was found previously? I have other symptoms, so I m wondering if this MRI is accurate.

Hello,

An MRA is very specific compared to an MRI. we're you given any medications as many lesions like a sarcoidosis granula may disappear on taking steroids .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
