Is A Lump On The Forehead After An Injury A Matter Of Concern?

I fainted from a seating positionand landed on my face-head which resulted in a huge lump which turned black and blue over the next few days over my eye and part of my fore head. A couple of days later i coughed up a huge lump of blood. Do i need to be concerned?

Have you taken a CT scan? Because I don't think you did. Usually when there is an injury to the head, some symptoms don't show immediately. You need to be careful and better to consult a neurosurgeon as soon as possible.
