Is A Lump On The Testicle Malignant?

My husband found a lump on his testicle. It does not hurt. He has a history of colon cancer, but was in remissions as of July 2015. He does have a lower bowel blockage and surgery was pending better health. He has an ileostomy. Should we start with our family doctor. Could it be something less serious than cancer?

Hello,

It may be due to lump which should get evaluated.

For that you may require ultrasound scrotum after surgeon consultation.

You may require relevant blood investigation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Use scrotum support

Hope I have answered your query..
Let me know if I can assist you further.
