Is A Lump On Top Of Right Testicle Causing Slight Pain A Cause For Concern?

I suffered from a slight pain on my right testicle . And i came to know that i have a lump on my right testis. But after reading several columns on net i checked my lump and it is located at the top of my right testicle. I am unable to get a clarity weather it is epididymal lump or testical lump. I am going to do my ms in us from 21st august 2015 , bit worried about my situation i didn t have any pain thought. For Ultrasound test how much time will be taken for the result ? And what will be the cost for it in India . Please reply to my question sir.
