Is A Missed Period, Diarrhea, Headaches, Back Pain, Frequent Urination A Pregnancy?
yes please can u help me determine if I'm pregnant or not?
Ok here is my story,last month I had my period in the middle of the month and it only ran for four days. So I used the calendar to mark for my ovulation day because i want to get pregnant. Now September is almost over and I still didn't have my period for this month. for the last previous weeks I've been having diarehea, a few heaches, a little lower back pain and no tenderness with my breast...I've been urinated quite ofter in the beginning of this month and lastly Im feeling something in my tummy. So Is there any way that I'm pregnant or not..please help me

I understand your concern
Your symptoms looks like pregnancy.
Missed period is the definitive sign of the pregnancy.
Other symptoms like urinary frequency, back pain and feeling something inside the tummy are the variable symptoms of the pregnancy.
I would suggest to go for the blood HCG and or urine pregnancy test to rule out the pregnancy.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regular exercise like walking.
