Is A Nerve Blockage In The Brain A Concerning Matter?

I have a small calified. Mass I have had for forty years. It was properly diagnosed .they were not concened about it .but recently I fell. Theydid MRI found two cva one old and one fairly recent .i saw anero surgeon who did another MRI of the brain.said I still have the calified mass. But the nerve from the back of the right side of my brain leading to the front shows califcation. And a nerve block may be something I might consider. I am rather concerned .
