Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
The management of such a lesion in single vessel disease depends upon many factors like presence of old heart attack, diabetes, functional status, result of stress tests, type of lesion on angiogram etc. surgery is usually last option in these cases. Medical management alone or non-surgical stenting are more commonly employed. Consult a good cardiologist for further guidance.
